Abansa adds a third office to those in Andorra la Vella and Sabadell. Since this autumn we have our own office and team in Dubai, at IFZA Business Park, to support companies, entrepreneurs, investors and professionals who want to set up a company in Dubai or move part of their business to the United Arab Emirates — from the inside.
Why open our own office in Dubai
More and more clients run their business across Spain, Andorra and the Emirates. Coordinating three legal and tax frameworks from abroad means relying on intermediaries at every step and explaining the same case to different people. With our own team in Dubai, the same firm that knows the project in Europe also supports it on the ground.
The advantage is not just being close by. Decisions taken in the Emirates — which company to set up, where it is managed from, who runs it — have tax consequences in Spain or Andorra, and they are best looked at together from day one.
Setting up a company in Dubai: how we support you
Our work in the Emirates follows the same method we use in Andorra and Spain:
- Preliminary review of the project, the activity and the most suitable corporate structure.
- Company formation and launch of the business in the zone that fits best.
- Tax and legal coordination with Spain and Andorra to avoid double taxation or place-of-effective-management risks.
- Support with the arrival and settling-in of professionals, executives and teams.
If your project goes through Andorra before the Emirates, see how setting up a company in Andorra works or find out more about Abansa UAE.
Leaving one country is not just entering another: what you decide in Dubai has consequences in Spain and Andorra, and it is best seen as a whole from the start.
A single point of contact across Spain, Andorra and the Emirates
With its own offices in Andorra la Vella, Sabadell and Dubai, Abansa coordinates the corporate, tax, employment and international mobility side of each project with one team. For the client, that means one conversation, one strategy and no loose ends between countries.

Frequently asked questions
Can I set up a company in Dubai without living in the Emirates?
In many cases, yes, but you need to look at where the company is really managed from and where its director is tax resident: that determines which country it pays tax in. We review this before setting anything up.
Do you coordinate the Dubai company with my company in Spain or Andorra?
Yes. That is exactly why we have our own office in Dubai: one team reviews the whole structure and the relationships between the companies in each country.
If you are thinking about setting up in the Emirates, tell us about your case and we will tell you where to start.
