Abansa processes the personal data received through this website in accordance with Regulation
(EU) 2016/679 (GDPR/RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). This policy explains what data is
collected, for what purpose, on what legal basis, how long it is kept and what rights data subjects have.

Processing activities on this website
1. Contact form enquiries.
Data: full name, email address, telephone (optional), company or organisation
(optional), country of interest and the content of the message.
Purpose: to respond to the enquiry and, where appropriate, send a proposal for services.
Legal basis: consent of the data subject and the taking of pre-contractual steps
at their request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention: for the duration of the relationship and thereafter for the time needed to meet
legal liabilities. If no subsequent relationship arises, the data is kept for twelve months from the close of the enquiry.
2. Tax savings calculator.
Data: the data entered by the user for the calculation and their email address if they request the
detailed result.
Purpose: to display the estimate and send it by email.
Legal basis: consent.

3. Newsletter.
Data: email address.
Purpose: to send legal, tax and business news.
Legal basis: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in each

4. Ethics channel.
Data: the data provided by the reporting person, who may report anonymously.
Purpose: to handle the report received.
Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation and public interest (Art. 6.1.c and 6.1.e GDPR).
Enhanced confidentiality: access is restricted to the people expressly appointed by Abansa to manage the channel and, where necessary, external advisers bound by confidentiality.
5. Website usage analytics.
Data: aggregated browsing data.
Purpose: to find out which pages are visited in order to improve the website.
Legal basis: consent, obtained through the cookie banner. Without consent, analytics
are not activated.
6. Call booking [if the booking calendar is activated].
Data: name, email address and chosen time slot.
Legal basis: consent and pre-contractual steps.
The booking calendar is managed with Calendly (Calendly LLC), which acts as data processor.
Who has access to the data
In addition to Abansa staff who need to know it, access is granted to providers of
technical services, always under a data processing agreement:

Data of Abansa clients
This policy covers what happens on the website. The processing of data within
professional engagements — accounting, payroll, representation before public authorities — is
governed by the services agreement and by the information Abansa provides at the start of the
relationship.
Rights
Anyone may request access to their data, its rectification or erasure,
restriction of or objection to processing and data portability, and may withdraw their consent
at any time. Simply write to dpd@abansa.com stating the right being exercised.
If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data
Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
Security and minors
The website is served over a secure certificate and Abansa applies technical and organisational measures to
protect information. The forms are not intended for children under 14.
