What could cost you dearly
01
Two countries, two sets of rules
Having interests in both Andorra and Spain means complying with two different tax systems that must be properly coordinated.
02
Decisions made without prior planning
A change of residence or a poorly designed corporate structure can generate costs and liabilities that are difficult to correct later.
03
Deadlines and formal obligations
An oversight or an error in a tax return can lead to surcharges and formal requests from the tax authority.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions about taxation in Andorra
When should I review my tax situation?
Ideally, before making important decisions: moving your residence, setting up a company, selling a property or starting to earn income in another country. Analysing it in advance allows you to choose the most efficient option and avoid liabilities.
Can I engage your services if I am not yet resident in Andorra?
Yes. In fact, it is the best time to do so: planning the move before it happens makes it possible to anticipate its tax impact in Spain and Andorra and to prepare all the documentation correctly.
How is double taxation between Andorra and Spain avoided?
Andorra and Spain have signed a double taxation agreement that determines in which country each type of income may be taxed. How it applies depends on your tax residence and the source of your income, so each case should be analysed individually.
Do you also file the tax returns?
Yes. We prepare and file returns with the Andorran tax authority and, where necessary, coordinate obligations in Spain from our Sabadell office.
What documentation do I need to get started?
It depends on your case. We will normally ask for your identity document, information about your residence, your income and your assets and, if you have a company, its corporate and accounting documentation. At the first meeting we will tell you exactly what we need.
